1-1 Support, Nursery Practitioner

Closing date: 24/09/2017 Salary: £8,007.72 - £9,224.75 Actual Salary Contract type: Part time (26 hours a week over 4 days) term time only

 

Little Faces Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable practitioner, who can offer 1-1 support to a Preschool child who attends our nursery.

The ideal candidate must hold a level 3 childcare qualification and have experience and knowledge of working with children who have additional needs. They must have a good understanding of Maths and English.

The practitioner will work on a 1-1 basis as well as working as part of the team to enable the child to work towards targets identified. They will also need to liaise with the nursery SENCO, other professionals involved and build a strong partnership with parents.

Nursery Practitioner

Closing date: 24/09/2017 Salary: Actual Salary £10,536.48 per annum Contract type: 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Nursery practitioner to join our team at our outstanding nursery, Little Faces Nursery, situated on the South Downs Campus of Havant & South Downs College.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate that they have a good knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for childcare and development, being able to use their own initiative to ensure that the children’s individual needs are met.  They must offer the best care and stimulation to ensure that each child reaches their full potential and they must regularly contribute to their key child’s online learning journey.  The candidate should also be flexible in their working and be a good team player.  They must have good communication and writing skills.

Applicants must hold a level 3 qualification in childcare, have GCSE (grade C or above) in Maths and English and it would be desirable to hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate (training can be given).  They must also have good experience of working with ages 0-4.
