Through this course, learners will develop essential knowledge and understanding of computer programming. They will explore key principles that underpin how programs are created and function. In addition, learners will build practical text-based programming skills, allowing them to design, write, and develop their own computer programs. This provides a strong foundation for further study or progression into digital and technical roles.

To enrol on this Adult Learning course you must be aged 18 years or over.
This is a 12 week course with sessions that take place during the day on Thursdays.

Once you have enrolled on the course, you will be allocated a tutor and assigned to your learning platform. An induction will follow and then you will be able to commence your course.
You will be assessed by submitting individual units of work and will receive feedback for each unit as you progress. There is no final exam.
On completion of this course, you will be ready for the workplace or have enhanced your existing work skills.
