This course will run for 12 weeks, one day a week.

At Havant & South Downs College an experienced and qualified tutor will guide and support you through the complete programme as both your individual tutor and assessor. You will be assessed by completion of an electronic portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your knowledge and experience.

On completion of this course students can progress to ITQ Level 2, however at least Level 1 English will be required in this case.

This course will provide learners with a basic understanding of Microsoft applications that are appropriate for the workplace. All controlled assessments simulate the workplace so that learners can relate to the tasks that would be part of any job role in today's electronic society.
