You must have a minimum of Level 1 in English, or be prepared to sit an English assessment to establish your current levels. However, all applications will be considered on an individual basis.

Unit 01 – Principles of team leading
This unit provides learners with an understanding of leadership styles in organisations.

Unit 02 – Understand business
This unit equips learners with an understanding of organisational structures and the business environment.

Unit 03 – Understand how to communicate work-related information
This unit equips learners with an understanding of the principles and techniques of work-related communication both verbally and in writing.

Unit 05 – Understand customers
This unit provides learners with an understanding of the different types of customers.

Unit 06 – Understand how to deliver customer service and resolve problems
This unit equips learners with an understanding of customer service delivery and the relationship between customer service and brand.

Unit 07 – Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace
This unit develops learners’ understanding of standards and expectations for equality and diversity in the workplace.

Unit 08 – Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
This unit provides learners with an understanding of the principles of effective team working.

Unit 09 – Understand health and safety procedures in the workplace
This unit aims to provide learners with an understanding of individual health and safety responsibilities and laws affecting the workplace.

 

 

You will build a portfolio of work as you progress through the units. There is no exam.
