This qualification supports and confirms your workplace skills, knowledge and performance and does not involve sitting an exam.

You will need to have completed a beginners IT Course or have basic IT experience before enrolling on this course.

In this course you will learn how to use emails (Microsoft Outlook):

  • Creating, sending, replying and forwarding emails.
  • Adding attachments
  • Using CC and BCC
  • Using Contacts
  • Email etiquette

At Havant & South Downs College an experienced and qualified tutor will guide and support you through the complete programme as both your individual tutor and assessor. This course will run for six weeks with one short session a week.

You will be assessed by completion of controlled assessments to demonstrate your knowledge and experience.

This course is FREE if you meet the eligibility requirements or depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to receive full or part funding for the course. Please do contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

On completion of this course students can progress to iTQ Level 1 or 2, however at least Level 1 English will be required for the Level 2. Some learners complete this unit alongside iTQ1.
