Health and Social Care students took part in a residential visit to Disneyland Paris, where they put knowledge into practice by attending workshops and seminars including Impairment and Empowerment, The Equality Act in Action, The effects of rides on the human body, Health and Safety Legislations.
They just managed to squeeze in some time trying out the rides and attractions themselves!
Keely-Alice Robins, Level 3 Health and Social Care student, said: ‘Disneyland Paris was an amazing experience which had a huge educational benefit to it. The lectures which we attended were very informative and helped us to learn more in relation to Health and Social Care in the work place. A lovely place to go and an amazing experience.’
