Vice Principal (Finance & Facilities)

Message from the Chair of Corporation

The Board is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Vice Principal to drive forward the College’s strategic priorities related to financial stability and the Estates Strategy. Having recently merged for the second time in two years and with significant plans to invest in our campuses, it is an exciting time to join HSDC!

As a Governing Body and a college, we are passionate about students and aim to deliver the very best experience for the community of people who choose to study with us. If you share our commitment, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a real contribution to the success of our College. With over 9000 full and part-time students, 500 employers and a turnover of circa £34million per year, HSDC is working hard to grow its market share and expand significantly into other markets such as Apprenticeships, Higher Education, International and bespoke workforce development.

As Vice Principal Finance & Facilities this is your opportunity to take on a strategic role that will see you drive us forward. You will take the strategic lead to maximise sector opportunities, income generation, the development of other corporate services and to ensure the College’s financial stability and growth.

My experience with the teaching and support was really well, as I’m dyslexic, they helped me a lot and I’ve achieved good grades, so I’m really pleased.

Thomas McCann, A Level student

The tutors were really supportive and it was all thanks to them that I have achieved what I have. I’ve also made loads of great friends and really enjoyed my time at the college.

Lizaveta Sinkerich, A Level student

The teaching has been really good, I’ve loved all of my teachers, they’ve all been really nice and supportive.
