Permission to publish images (Consent Form)
This form asks for your consent to allow us to use your personal data for the reasons stated below. You should only sign it if you want to give us your consent.
We would like to use the following information about you:
- Your image (photograph or film)
- Your name and connection to the College (e.g. course studied or year of study)
- Information you give us about your experience at the College
- Achieved grades and destination data
Why would we like to use your information?
From time to time HSDC needs to take photographs or short films to be used to promote the College. This helps us celebrate our students’ success, inform the public and others that may be interested in our achievements and activities, and to promote the College as an exceptional place to learn.
What will we do with your information?
To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) your permission is required for us to take any photographs, recordings, or use any information about you for the promotion of HSDC. The photographs in which you have agreed to appear and any information you provide will be used solely to promote HSDC and will be the property of HSDC.
These may be used in places such as:
- Online (websites and social media)
- Printed materials (leaflets, prospectus and print adverts, including newspapers)
- Outdoor advertising (billboards, bus advertisements and banners)
- Other media (television and cinema)
