1. Promoter

The promoter is Havant & South Downs College (HSDC).

2. Eligibility

1. The competition is open to students aged 16–18 at the time of entry.
2. Entrants must have submitted an application to Havant, South Downs or Alton College for a 16–18 course.
3. Only one entry per applicant is permitted.
4. Employees of HSDC and Alton College are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

1. To enter, applicants must complete the HSDC application process by midnight January 31.
2. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

4. Prize

1. The prize is one (1) iPad per campus (South Downs, Havant and Alton College).
2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
3. HSDC reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closing date.
2. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on their HSDC application.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, HSDC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the application/competition and in accordance with HSDC’s Privacy Notice.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside of the competition administration.

7. General

1. HSDC reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
2. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
