This Level 3 Apprenticeship prepares you to run a kitchen section with confidence, developing advanced cooking, menu planning and leadership skills. You’ll gain experience in food safety, sustainability, costing and kitchen management, progressing your career as a skilled, creative Chef de Partie.
This apprenticeship introduces you to key kitchen roles while developing essential culinary skills. You’ll rotate through different sections, learn to prepare varied dishes, understand food safety and nutrition, and build professional confidence with support from experienced industry mentors.
A Food & Beverage Team Member can work in a range of establishments, for example bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or contract caterers.
This Level 3 Apprenticeship trains you for a varied supervisory role in hospitality. You’ll support teams across areas such as food service, bar work, housekeeping and reception, developing leadership skills for busy, customer-focused environments.
