Overview

Course Start Dates: September, January and April (Monday).

No formal requirements are needed. To enrol on this Adult Learning course you must be aged 18 years or over.

On this part time course, you will study

  • Bookkeeping controls,
  • Bookkeeping transactions.

Course Duration: 12 weeks.

This course is taught in a classroom environment. The two modules are covered independently, rather than being taught simultaneously.

There will be a computer-based assessment at the end of each module.

You will need to purchase books to aid your studies. You will also be required to obtain membership of the AAT in order to take exams. Information on current costs available on the AAT website.

Following on from this course, you will be able to enter the accounting profession at a junior level. You can also progress on to the Level 3 Diploma to enhance your career potential.
