The Sports Leaders’ Award is a very practical enrichment course enabling you to develop leadership, life skills and confidence to coach younger children in a safe environment. You will have the opportunity to coach and engage with local schools and explore the different coaching and leadership options in the world of sport. This is a nationally recognised coaching qualification that has been running for 35 years. Leadership volunteering is a vital part of this course, allowing you to practice and build your skills to help you in employment and education.
