50 students from HSDC have applied for a place at the prestigious Oxbridge next year.

Across the Alton, Havant and South Downs campuses, a total of 50 students have completed their applications for places at the top two universities in the country – Oxford University and Cambridge University.

Richard Barlow, Deputy Principal of HSDC, said: “It’s fantastic to see as many as 50 students are reaching for the stars and applying to the country’s top universities this year. The application process for Oxbridge is complicated and there’s no doubt that these students will have worked incredibly hard to complete them.”

He added, “I would like to personally wish all 50 students the very best of luck for their applications and I look forward to celebrating with them on results day.”

Over the years, many HSDC students have gone on to achieve great success at the country’s top universities. Our Aim High programme is designed to offer bespoke support for students applying to Oxbridge – including personalised advice and guidance to enhance their CV, develop higher-level skills and help them stand out from the crowd.
