Today marked the formal handover from contractors Overbury of our new Gaming & Creative Digital Studios, developed and project managed by Peter Marsh Consulting and supported by the Enterprise M3 LEP.
Signing the handover documentation on behalf of the College, Deputy Principal Richard Barlow said:
“This project represents a truly exciting development at HSDC Alton, with the creation of a series of spaces reflecting the working environments of the Gaming and Creative Digital Sectors which so many of our students will join as the next generation of young designers, animators, programmers, sound producers and entrepreneurs.
“Working with the Enterprise M3 LEP has ensured that the spaces genuinely reflect the future needs of the vibrant regional cluster of employers in these sectors, and we are very grateful for their support in making this happen. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project, and our staff and students cannot wait to commence working and learning in the new spaces.”
