HSDC is proud to once again celebrate an incredible set of results across its academic, technical and vocational curriculum at all three campuses.
Highlights
Inspiring A Levels: HSDC’s Havant Campus and Alton College are home to a wide range of fantastic A Levels, and both have performed exceptionally well yet again. We are proud to announce that the College’s A Level pass rate is 95%, with 43% of our students achieving grades of A*-B, and 18% of our students achieving the very best grades of A*/A.
Havant A Levels
Further Maths: 100% pass rate with 75% of our students studying Further Maths at Havant achieving grades of A*-B, 50% achieving the very best grades of A*/A
Photography: 100% pass rate with 85% of our students studying Photography at Havant achieving grades of A*-B, 39% achieving the very best grades of A*/A
Alton A Levels
English Language: 100% pass rate with 80% of our students studying English Language achieving grades of A*-B, 60% achieving the very best grades of A*/A
Art & Design: 100% pass rate with 86% of our students studying Art & Design achieving grades of A*-B, 71% achieving the very best grades of A*/A
Technical Excellence: As one of the top T Level providers in the region, HSDC is proud to strengthen its commitment to the delivery of this important technical qualification, and this is exemplified in the College’s fantastic T Level results this year. Students in this area achieved a fantastic 99% pass rate, whilst 20% achieved Merits and Distinctions.

Education and Early Years – Level 3 T Level: 100% pass rate with 71% of our students studying Education and Childcare achieving a Distinction/Distinction*
Alton
Engineering – Level 3 T Level: 100% pass rate with 15% of our students studying Engineering achieving a Distinction/Distinction*
Vocational Prowess: Fantastic results have also been achieved across HSDC’s vocational curriculum this year, with students achieving a 100% pass rate and 77% achieving high grades. 33% achieved the very highest Distinction and Distinction* grades.
Alton
Film and TV Production – Level 3 Extended Diploma: 100% pass rate with 79% of students studying Film and TV Production achieving high grades, 43% achieving the very highest grades of Distinction/Distinction*
South Downs
Musical Theatre – Level 3 Extended Diploma: 100% Pass rate with 100% of students studying Musical Theatre achieving high grades, 80% achieved the very highest grades of Distinction/Distinction*
