Overview

Multi-channel marketers will sit within a specific company/agency that provides marketing deliverables and advice to external clients, or within an internal marketing team, delivering marketing activities to drive that business. The broad purpose of the occupation is to support customer-focused marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness raising and/or perception building to generate results to the bottom line. Multi-channel marketers will define, design, build and implement campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. In addition, they will be responsible for parts of the campaign within their area of responsibility.

Our expectation is that all Apprentices should already possess English and Mathematics to a GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent. However, we will consider applicants without these grades subject to an initial assessment with one of the Apprenticeship Team.

A fully work-based Apprenticeship. Full delivery of the Apprenticeship takes place with your Apprenticeship Assessor visiting you and your Mentor in your place of work on a monthly basis. Typical Course Duration: 18 months and a 5 Month End Point Assessment period.

Apprentices can be taught via classroom delivery, work-based learning/assessment and vocational “on and off the job training”. This is always dependent on the course, the preferences of the business and the wishes of the learner.

Your End Point Assessment will consist of two components. Component one is a Project Report and component two is a Presentation with questions.

Opportunities for Apprentice graduates to progress onto could include Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Campaign Manager, Analytics Manager, Head of SEO and PPC and Social Media Manager.

Opportunities may exist to gain professional accreditation in your chosen field post-completion of the qualification. Your Assessor will support you with information on gaining professional accreditation. As we work with Apprentices that are already employed, if you attend our day release programmes you will mix with a diverse range of businesses with Apprentices in the same sector.

My experience at the College was great, it’s very different to school, and I think it’s a good step to going to university. The support was amazing, I loved all of my teachers, they helped me through everything. The College is friendly and you will succeed.
