November 15, 2017

""

How to be safe on the roads will be the focus of this year’s Cycle Safety and Crime Prevention Day at Havant & South Downs College.

The day has been planned for 21 November between 8am and 1.30pm and aims to give advice to students about safety on the roads as well as offering free safety cycle checks by professional staff from Evans Cycles.
The ‘Be Safe Be Seen’ initiative  will also offer money off vouchers by Evans Cycles to help purchase safety equipment.
The other aim for the day is to promote a better understanding of crime prevention with local police officers on hand to provide advice on cycle locks with money off vouchers to help with the cost of purchasing quality cycle locks.
The day will take place in the cycle/motorbike area of the South Downs Campus.
