Why have you chosen to invest in the next generation through having an apprentice?
We recognise the need to plan for competently trained staff to succeed with our existing workforce. We take ‘growing our own’ very seriously and ensure we train our apprentices to the highest standards to prepare them for work in the engineering industry.
