HSDC is in the top three providers for employer satisfaction in the region – 25th nationally – with over 90% of employers satisfied with the performance of their Apprenticeship Programme (reported in the Department of Education FE Employer Satisfaction Survey: Skills Area File 2018 to 2019). The survey focused on the quality of training, communication, understanding training needs and the professionalism of the HSDC Apprenticeship Team – the last point achieved 94%.
