Our Higher Education (HE) Team had an amazing time at the Florida Universitaria International week in Valencia at the end of February. HSDC delivered a masterclass to over 80 engineering, business, travel and tourism and education students and lecturers on the application of G Suite in all sectors of industry.

The feedback was extremely positive with over 95% of attendees saying they had learnt something new and over 80% saying they were planning on changing the way they work or study based on some of the Google Apps we demonstrated.
A great success and another example of how we are working to embed a culture of research at HSDC!”
HSDC has been shortlisted for the TES FE Award for ‘Outstanding use of technology for improving teaching, learning and assessment’. Our entry centres around our Google project where students enjoy collaborating on resources using Google Apps for Education and establishing Google Student Innovators, staff Google Trainers and even a Google consortium. The winner will be revealed at a gala awards evening on Friday 20 March.
