The ALS team at Alton College won Most Creative Creation for their incredible wreaths.
On Thursday 11 December, HSDC’s three campuses at Alton, Havant and South Downs joined thousands of organisations across the country in wearing their Christmas jumpers to raise money for Save The Children.
Christmas Jumper Day is one of Save The Children’s biggest annual fundraising events, consistently raising millions of pounds for vulnerable young people across the world since it was launched in 2012.
HSDC is proud to be a supporter of Save The Children, a charity that has done so much for young people across the world.

Havant’s MIS team won Best Team Jumper!

At the time of writing, HSDC has raised an incredible £587 for Save The Children. Charlotte Nancarrow, HSDC’s Executive Director for HR & Corporate Services, said:
“This year, the HSDC community has once again embraced Festive Jumper Day as part of our wider end-of-term celebrations. The effort and creativity shown by both staff and students has been truly outstanding – going above and beyond to spread festive cheer while supporting a cause close to our hearts. Moments like these really highlight the passion, energy and commitment of our people, and remind us why HSDC is such a fantastic place to learn, work and celebrate together.”
As the College prepares for the Christmas Break, HSDC’s Festive Jumper Day was a fantastic way to celebrate. We can’t wait to see what jumpers people wear next year!
