Part Time – Career Development and Skills Based Courses

These flexible courses are perfect for getting you back into work, training for a new career or gaining a professional qualification to enhance your existing career.

We provide a variety of free part-time courses for adults who are unemployed, economically inactive, and are seeking a return to work, or individuals who would like to develop their skills. Even if you are in employment, you may be eligible to receive full or part funding for a course to make it free or to support making the course more affordable and accessible.

We can also provide information, guidance, and access to careers information to help you get the most out of your time with us. We run adult learning courses at a variety of locations.

We provide individuals aged 18+ who are employed or at risk of redundancy to develop skills that will enable in-work progression or progression into apprenticeships or education. Through this programme we also provide support to businesses to take on and develop individuals to fill intermediate, technical and higher level skills gaps and shortages.

We deliver accredited provision at Levels 3 and 4, aligned with priority sectors, as well as professional training, and leadership and management training across all sectors.
