Hayley Collins started in September 2018 in Adult Learning and has successfully completed several short courses ranging from IT to Mental Health. She is currently undertaking English Level 2 and has secured a place on Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2. Alongside her course, she is working at Waterloo School in Waterlooville, which demonstrates how far Hayley has travelled. She says,
“It took me a lot of courage to come to College but, since being here for two years, I feel it’s the best decision I have made for myself in 35 years and I feel I’m at my happiest at College. I now have a placement within a school and studying towards a qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, something that I could not have imagined myself doing when I first came to Adult Learning.”
