To make things as convenient as possible and provide all the help and advice you need under one roof, we have a dedicated student centre called the Student Hub. Located centrally on campus, the Student Hub is the place to go for your general student enquiries, admissions and your interviews. From the moment you start in September, it’s the central point for all information, advice, support and guidance. The Student Hub is always open and we are there to help you at any time.
Admissions advice – there to help you through the application and enrolment process all the way to starting here at Alton Campus.
Support services – will help you throughout your time at College whatever your requirements may be, including transport, lockers, absence, financial support or any questions or concerns you may have.
Careers and higher education advisors – provide guidance on applying to university and information on gap year options as well as employment opportunities.
Counselling services – offering confidential counselling to any student who may have worries, anxieties, problems or feelings that may interfere with their personal or academic life.
The multi-faith chaplain – available to have a friendly chat or discuss, in confidence, any matter of concern whether personal, practical or spiritual.
Exam information – including details of all examination timetables, re-sits, results, certification and any special consideration or access arrangements you may need.
Financial advice – available if you have any queries about College bursaries and scholarships. We can help you with the Online Store which is a convenient way of paying for almost everything in College including trips, merchandise, fees, transport, exams, music lessons or course resources.
