Parent/Carer Communication

We contact you via email and text message as much as possible. To update your contact details you can pick up a Change of Details Form from the Student Hub at any campus or you can download a copy here and email it to customerservices@hsdc.ac.uk. You will receive a ‘News & Announcement Bulletin’ from the College every four weeks, as part of our parent/carer communication. If you have not been receiving these emails, please contact customerservices@hsdc.ac.uk.

Parent Portal (ProPortal)

Parent Portal/ProPortal is a live, online record of your child that provides instant and up-to-date information on their progress, attendance, daily timetable, subject and progress reviews and personal exam timetables. If you have not used it before, you will need to ‘submit an account request’ by clicking here.
